Terms and Conditions

1. Services

We provide website development, digital marketing, SEO, graphic design, and more, as agreed upon in the project scope. Changes to the project scope may result in revised pricing and timelines.

2. Payment

A 50% deposit is required upfront. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. Payments must be made on time; failure to do so may result in project delays or service suspension.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all final deliverables. Third-party tools or licensed content will remain subject to their respective licenses.

4. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information shared with us.

5. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. Any work completed will be billed, and outstanding balances must be settled.

7. Revisions

Revisions are included based on your service package. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India.
